CLEAN-SWEEP Generator Uses Patented Sweep Frequency/Auto-Follow Circuitry To Assure Even Cleaning Throughout The Tank
Blue Wave integrates the dependability of magnetostrictive
transducer technology with efficient electronic power and generation circuitry. Blue Wave's CLEAN-SWEEP ultrasonic generator combines patented sweep frequency with superimposed auto-follow circuitry which requires each transducer to seek peak resonance over 100 times each second, assuring uniform cavitation within an aqueous solution. This results in faster, more predictable cleaning performance than is possible with single frequency systems.
By comparison, non-swept single frequency generators encourage the formation of standing waves with alternating zones of high or low acoustic intensity that cause uneven cleaning performance. In a standing wave application, parts must be raised and lowered to achieve even cleaning.
In addition, our newer modular design further enhances the efficiency and reliability of the generator. The total power of the generator is created by using individual 500 watt power circuit boards in parallel. This modular design allows each circuit board to work at optimum efficiency. If a circuit board should fail, the other boards remain fully functional, keeping the cleaning system operational.
With this innovative modular design, downtime is kept to a minimum. Each circuit board is designed to simply unplug and be replaced with a new board making field replacement incredibly easy.
